Hot Pena Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 diced bell peppers, dried
    3 to 5 red hot peppers, dried and cut
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 can black olives
    sweet basil
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients until garlic bubbles a couple of minutes. Add 1 large can crushed tomatoes and 1 can peeled tomatoes.
    Cook at least 45 minutes.
