Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 tsp. rum flavoring
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
toasted coconut
Preparation

Prepare cake according to directions, except use pineapple in place of water.
Stir shredded coconut and rum flavoring into batter.
Pour into two greased 8-inch round cake pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 according to package.
Cool.
Top with whipped topping and toasted coconut or frost as desired.
