Baked Sea Bass With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange, zested and juiced (about 1/4 c. juice)
    2 lb. sea bass, cut into 6 fillets
    1 1/2 lb. baby spinach, washed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In bowl, toss juice, 1 teaspoon zest and sea bass fillets together.
    Marinate 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, toss together baby spinach, sliced mushrooms and olive oil.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place fish fillets on top of spinach mixture.
    Cover dish; bake 10 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 5 minutes more or until fish is flaky and opaque.
    Makes 6 servings.
