Hot Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese (extra needed for top)
garlic salt to taste
paprika
Preparation

Mix artichokes, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic salt.
Pour into ungreased casserole (flat pie pan type).
Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top.
Top with paprika.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Delicious served with most any cracker.
