Sausage Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Remove fat.
    Add soup, water, vegetables, tomatoes and pepper. Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low. Simmer 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
