Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 qt. popped corn
2 sticks butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil butter, both sugars, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Pour over popped corn, stirring well.
A long shallow pan works best.
Bake at 225\u00b0 or 250\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
