Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 tsp. flavoring
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 drops desired food coloring
Preparation

Mash cream cheese.
Add flavoring and coloring.
Mix in sugar. Finally, knead with hands until like pie dough.
Roll into marble size balls and dip in granulated sugar.
Press sugared side into candy mold and unmold onto wax paper.
Makes 25 roses and 25 leaves.
