Holiday Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 c. apple, core and grated
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter or oleo

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt or angle food cake pan. Mix first 8 ingredients together.
Add next four ingredients.
Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
