Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon or 2 bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    6 c. sliced peeled potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced into separate rings
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides with oil in 12-inch skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Put margarine in a 2-quart microwavable dish.
    Microwave full power 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon and water.
    Microwave full power 3 to 5 minutes, stirring twice until mixture boils.
    Place potatoes in bottom of lightly greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Arrange onion on top of potatoes.
    Pour chicken broth mixture evenly over top.
    Arrange browned pork chops over top of potatoes.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and continue baking 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
