Shrimp Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. linguine
    1 lb. shrimp in shells
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook linguine and drain.
    Cook shrimp in lightly salted boiling water until pink; drain and cool.
    Carefully remove from shell.
    Devein shrimp, if desired.
