Low-Fat Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes
    1 jar salad green olives, drained
    2 c. fat-free whip dressing
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped (optional)
    2 bunches green onions (greens and all), chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and dice.
    Mix green olives, fat-free dressing, mustard, egg and cooked potatoes.
