Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. venison, cut in strips or cubes
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. cubed green and red peppers
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation

Heat oil in wok or pan, then add venison and toss on high heat until cooked.
Add vegetables and toss until tender-crisp (6 minutes).
Mix cornstarch, water, soy sauce and spices and add to pan; cook until thickened.
Top with tomato wedges and heat through.
Serves 4.
