Weight Watchers Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pastry for 2-crust pie
5 or 6 peeled and sliced apples
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Roll out pie crust and place in pan. Fill with sliced apples.
In small saucepan, heat apple juice to boiling.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the hot juice.
Add cinnamon and cook until thickened.
Dot sliced apples with butter.
Pour juice over fruit.
Cover with top crust.
Bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done, 35 to 45 minutes.
