Okra Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 crabs
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 lb. okra, cut in rings 1/4-inch thick
    1/2 lb. medium sliced raw ham, diced
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 pod garlic, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 qt. hot water
Preparation
    Prepare crabs and shrimp.
    Make a paste with flour, butter and onions. Add okra and saute until brown and dry, stirring constantly.
    Add all the other ingredients and hot water.
    Simmer for 1 hour. Serve with cooked dry rice.
