Peach Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 can evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix with a fork the first 3 ingredients until mixture looks like coarse meal.
With back of spoon, press mixture firmly onto bottom and halfway up sides of a buttered 8-inch pan.
Drain well the
peaches, saving 1/2 cup syrup . Arrange peaches on crust in pan.
Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Mix reserved syrup, evaporated milk and 1 egg. Pour over peaches.
Bake 30 minutes or until custard is firm, except in center.
(Center becomes firm on standing.)
Serve warm or cold.
