Mother-In-Law Stew(This Is A Low-Fat Recipe.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. lean beef or buffalo stew meat, remove any excess fat that you can
4 large carrots, chopped into bite-size pieces
3 small potatoes, chopped into bite-size pieces
2 ribs celery, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 small onion, chopped or 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca, sprinkled over stew
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation

In a Dutch oven or suitable size pan, put in order as listed. Do not mix.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Mix together prior to serving.
Makes 4 servings.
