Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In mixing bowl, stir all dried ingredients together.
Add eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla.
Stir until all ingredients are well moistened.
Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove and cool.
