Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 graham crackers
    3 to 4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated lemon rind
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Place in refrigerator until it starts to jell.
    Combine cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and lemon juice with electric mixer.
    Add this to jello.
    Whip cold evaporated milk until stiff (like whipped cream).
    Fold into other mixture.
    Put 1/2 graham crackers, rolled fine, mixed with melted butter, on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread remaining graham crackers on top.
