Crisp Crust Dessert Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cornflakes, slightly crushed
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
Preparation
    Combine cereal with sugar, cinnamon and butter.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture.
    Press remaining cereal mixture into bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
    Prepare pudding as directed on package for pie.
    Pour into pan over cereal.
    Top with reserved cereal mix. Chill at least 1 hour.
    Cut into squares and serve with Cool Whip. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
