Country Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix plus 2/3 c. milk
1 can fried onion rings
Preparation

In greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 cup of cheese.
Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk. Pour over casserole.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, milk and 1/2 can fried onions; mix thoroughly.
