Gourmet'S Chicken Or Veal Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken or 4 (4 oz.) veal round or leg slices
    flour for dusting meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    32 capers
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Pound chicken or veal very thin, then lightly dust with flour, shaking off excess.
    Heat a large skillet with oil.
    Add chicken or veal slices and quickly saute for 1 or 2 minutes on each side. Do not brown; salt and pepper to taste.
