Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    9 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. warm water (not hot)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and shortening together.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water.
    Then add water to sugar; add flour as needed, about 9 cups.
    Knead down real good, put in large bowl and cover.
    Keep in icebox.
    Take out what you need to make into rolls.
    Allow dough to reach room temperature, 2 hours or longer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
