Southern Turkey And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, toasted
    1 skillet corn bread, cooled
    3 c. chopped celery
    3 c. chopped onions
    1 c. turkey fat or butter
    1/2 Tbsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 or 3 c. turkey broth
    1 (14 to 16 lb.) turkey
Preparation
    Crumble toast and cornbread.
    Cook celery and onion in turkey fat until tender.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Place in baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
