Carrot And Celery Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. white bread crumbs
1 c. corn bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. fine diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 large eggs
Preparation

Cook the giblets until well done.
Take the broth and cool; mix with the well beaten eggs.
Pour over the dry ingredients to make it moist thoroughly.
