Chili Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    yogurt
    cinnamon
    chili powder
    hot pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    In a large glass baking dish, mix together, yogurt, cinnamon, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic, then add chicken and coat with marinade.
    Cover the dish tightly and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
    Preheat the oven to 500\u00b0.
    Place chicken skin side up on raised broiler rack and place it in the oven. Immediately reduce the temperature to 350\u00b0 and roast for about 1/4 hour.
    Serve hot or cold.
