Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag fresh cranberries
2 c. water
3 c. sugar
2 boxes cherry Jell-O
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped Philadelphia cream cheese
1 bag small marshmallows
2 cartons whipping cream
Preparation

Cook cranberries and water until berries pop open.
Add sugar, Jell-O, pineapple and pecans.
Let stand overnight in a flat pan or bowl.
Mix together cream cheese, marshmallows and whipping cream.
Let stand overnight.
Whip and spread over the cranberry mixture.
