Molded Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. ground cranberries
1 orange and rind, ground
1/2 c. ground nuts
Preparation

Dissolve cherry jello in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice and gelatin mixture which has been dissolved over hot water.
Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.
