Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or sunflower oil
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. corn meal
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 c. creamed corn
2 c. crawfish tails, chopped
Preparation

Cream together butter or oil, honey, egg and milk.
Combine and add dry ingredients.
Add crawfish and creamed corn, stirring together until just moistened.
Bake in oiled pan for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top will crack when done.
Serves six.
