New Orleans Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. cubed pork meat
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained, rinsed
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter or margarine for 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 4 servings.
