Risotto Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice (Uncle Ben's)
    1 can beef consomme soup (Campbell's)
    1 can French onion soup (Campbell's)
    1/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour soups over rice.
    Stir.
    Put margarine on top.
    Cover.
    Bake one hour at 325\u00b0.
    Stir when half done and before serving.
    Good served with beef or chicken.
    Serves 6.
