Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. cubed carrots
    1 c. chopped celery, small pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Add soup and water; mix well.
    Add broccoli and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts and broccoli is tender.
    Makes a large pot and freezes well.
    The recipe is also easy made in 1/2 for 1 or 2 persons.
    I add more cheese because I love it.
