Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
4 lb. pork loin ribs
Preparation

Combine sauce ingredients in pan.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper.
Cook under grill or on barbecue until nearly done.
Last 15 minutes, brush with the sauce.
Or can marinate in sauce at least one hour before cooking.
