Saturday Supper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared pie crust
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 c chopped onion
    1 tsp oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    4 eggs
    1/2 c milk
    1 c Monterey Jack
    2/3 c canned pizza sauce
    2 T Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add the oregano, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add cheese and meat mixture.
    Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Remove from oven.
    Pour pizza sauce over top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Return to oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.
