Meat Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    12 tortillas
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 can refried beans
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Mix in beans.
    Dip tortillas, one at a time, into hot Crisco briefly and drain.
    Spread beef and bean mixture in each tortilla and roll.
    Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with sauce.
    Top with cheese.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and heat until cheese is melted.
    If you wish, when serving, top with lettuce and tomatoes.
