Fried Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a shallow dish, combine flour with salt. Roll scallops in flour mixture.
    In another small bowl, dip scallops in egg, mixed with water.
    Then coat with bread crumbs.
    Drop into hot oil in fryer.
    Fry until golden, about 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Serve hot.
