Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1/2 can Ro-Tel
1 bag Doritos
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 can chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook chicken and shred. Mix Cheez Whiz, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Ro-Tel, salt and pepper together. Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Crush Doritos. Pour over casserole. Bake another 5 minutes.
