Herb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation

Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. In large bowl stir together first 7 ingredients.
In small bowl, stir together milk, oil and egg.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Turn into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes, or until done.
Immediately remove from pan.
Cool on wire rack at least 30 minutes.
