Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Colby cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onion, and cheese. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
