Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    3/4 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple (chunks or tidbits)
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops.
    Season to taste.
    Add instant rice, pineapple (including juice) and water.
    Stir, making sure some of the rice mixture is underneath the pork chops.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
