Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper; coat chicken.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Cook chicken in oil until light brown on all sides, 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat; cover tightly and simmer, turning once or twice, about 35 minutes longer.
