Sweet And Sour Pork(Leftovers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. bite size chunks cooked pork
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can (8 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 1/2 c. hot cooked rice or chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add butter and onion; brown.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple liquid; add to pork.
    Stir and cook until thickened.
    Add pineapple and green pepper; cook about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
    Yields 2 to 3 servings.
