Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2/3 c. brown sugar or 1/3 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 3/4 c. pumpkin, canned
    1 1/2 c. milk (or when using honey, 1 1/8 c.)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar (honey) salt and spice.
    Add pumpkin.
    Mix and stir in milk.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
