Creamy Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick melted margarine
1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in the order listed, stirring well after each addition.
Bake in a buttered 10 x 13 dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on the top the last 10 minutes.
