Rigatoni With Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. vodka
    8 oz. heavy cream
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto, diced
    2 to 3 lb. rigatoni
Preparation
    In a large skillet (medium heat), cook onion and margarine until tender.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and vodka.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Blend in cream and heat to boiling.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
    Pour over cooked rigatoni.
