Quick Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 can potato soup
    1 c. half and half
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except half and half in saucepan.
    Heat almost to boil but do not boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in half and half.
