Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cheapest hamburger
    3 Tbsp. sugar cure (Tender Quick)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt)
    1/2 tsp. onion powder (not onion salt)
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Shape in 3 rolls and wrap in foil (shiny side in).
    Punch holes in bottom of foil and sausage. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake with hole side down on broiler pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Fat runs out holes.
    Remove foil, cool on rack, rewrap and refrigerate or freeze.
