Trail Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1 c. whole or slivered almonds (unsalted)
1 c. hazelnuts (unsalted)
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
2 c. various dried fruits (apples, banana chips, pineapple or apricots)
Preparation

Mix ingredients and store in airtight container.
Mix will keep for 2 to 4 months in the cupboard.
Yields 6 cups or 48 ounces.
