60 Minute Never Fail Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    4 c. flour (2 c. white, 2 c. whole wheat)
Preparation
    Scald milk and pour it over the salt, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    While the milk mixture is cooling, put the yeast in a large mixing bowl.
    Add water and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add the cooled milk mixture to the yeast mixture.
    Stir in 1 cup flour at a time.
    Cover bowl.
    Let rise 15 minutes in a warm place. Put dough on floured board and knead about 20 times.
    Make into rolls or balls.
    Cover.
    Let rise again 15 minutes in a warm place. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
