Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground beef or 1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup or tomato soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add flour, salt and mushrooms, cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Before serving, stir in sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
