Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and pat dry; prick each potato with a fork several times.
    Place potatoes on paper towels in microwave. Microwave at High, 20 or 30 minutes, turning potatoes after 10 minutes.
    Remove potatoes when they feel soft and cut down the middle with knife.
    Carefully remove all the insides, leaving the peeling intact.
    Mix potatoes, margarine, mayonnaise and milk together with mixer until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture back into potato shells and top with grated cheese. Return to microwave and cook for about 1 minute until cheese is melted.
    Serve with any type of meat.
